Being Heard, Again | Fresh Progress in ARX, a New Step in Faith

Hello friends,

This week, I want to make the work behind Stone ARX a little more useful to you. What can you do with it? Where should you start? And how does it help you take the next step with a property or a client?

Below are a few practical updates for sellers, buyers and agents, along with an invitation to an upcoming event that brings faith, family and the technology community together.

View / Approach on Latest Technology

Technology earns its place when it makes something easier to understand or do. In real estate, that might mean finding the property information you need, knowing which document is missing, or seeing the next step without searching through several systems.

That is the direction behind ARX. We are connecting the people, information and activities around a property so that each person has a clearer place to work. As we develop Sindy, our future intelligence capability, that same principle will guide us: useful assistance built on trustworthy information and appropriate permissions.

What’s New in Stone ARX

We’ve been expanding Stone ARX around the things that matter when real estate gets real: finding a property, preparing to sell, coordinating people, and knowing what needs attention next. I’m excited to share some of the progress.

  • One sign-in for the different hats you wear. You can now add personal roles and switch between your available personal and professional workspaces. Buying a home, owning property, and working as a real estate professional can live under the same login. Professional access still requires verification.

  • Buyers: Discover properties that fit your plans. See recommendations based on your saved budget, preferred areas, and property types, alongside properties shared by your agent. Showing updates are easier to follow, with options to request a visit, reschedule, or cancel.

  • Sellers: Start with a clearer path. The expanded selling experience walks you through your property, its condition, your timing, and your goals. Bring your existing agent or explore available professionals. Information collected during setup carries into your account so you can continue preparing your property.

  • Property owners: Know what needs attention. Keep property details, photos, and documents together. When ownership review needs additional information, clearer requests show what is missing and give you a way to resubmit it for review.

  • Buying and selling: Keep both sides within reach. Updated Portfolio and Buy views make it easier to move between the property you own and the property you want next, with access to the relevant agents, documents, offers, and deal activity.

  • Investors: Organize opportunities and explore the numbers. Investors benefit from the expanded buying workspace, saved properties, and agent recommendations. Existing investment calculators also help you explore property income, debt coverage, and potential returns using your own assumptions.

  • Agents: Follow the work from showing to offer to deal. An improved showing overview brings requests and upcoming appointments into focus. Expanded offer tools organize incoming and outgoing offers, track responses, and connect accepted offers to a transaction. Deal readiness views highlight overdue tasks, approaching deadlines, and missing information.

  • Brokers: See what needs your attention. Updated views bring pending approvals, deadlines, and open tasks together. Improvements to lead and client management, including assignment notifications, help make handoffs easier to follow across the brokerage.

  • Title and escrow professionals: A dedicated workspace is already part of ARX. Enabled title teams have tools for organizing orders, tracking their pipeline, managing issues that need resolution, and coordinating closing work. Availability depends on the account and supported workflow.

  • Renters: Account support is taking shape. Renter is available as a personal account option within the expanded account experience. The complete rental journey is still being developed.

If you haven’t signed in recently, I invite you to take another look. Explore the updates and tell me what would make your real estate experience easier.

Activities / Engagements

I have been working on a question that reaches beyond the next product release: what are we actually building toward?

For Stone ARX, the answer is a connected environment around the property and the people who depend on it. The transaction is an important part of that story. Ownership, maintenance and the history that follows a property matter too.

I want that work shaped by the people using it. As you explore ARX, tell us where you lose time, what is difficult to find, and what would make the next step clearer. Specific feedback helps us decide where to focus.

Meetings / Events

Join us at the DFW Technology Prayer Breakfast

My family and I plan to attend the DFW Technology Prayer Breakfast on Thursday, October 22, at the Irving Convention Center. The event runs from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m., with Greg Massey as this year’s guest speaker.

It is an opportunity to connect with others in the technology community around faith and purpose. If you are in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I encourage you to take a look and consider joining us.

Family

Faith, Family, and Carrying Mom’s Legacy Forward

On October 8, I marked 31 years of marriage to my lovely wife, Sindy. Our family came together to celebrate the love and life we shared. It was painful without her here. I missed her deeply, and October 8 will always be our day.

We’re also celebrating my daughter’s baptism and gathering for a family lunch. Since her mom’s passing, she has wanted to deepen her faith and live out the example Sindy set for her. Her baptism is a meaningful step in that commitment, and it gives our family something special to celebrate together.

She is also continuing to edit a book Sindy wrote but had not yet published, helping bring her mom’s words to readers. It means so much to me that she is taking care of something her mom poured herself into. Through her faith and her work on the book, she is carrying forward two things that mattered deeply to Sindy.

As a family, we’re rewatching the earlier seasons of The Chosen as we prepare for season six. Watching without my lovely wife will be hard. Sindy deeply enjoyed seeing the story of Jesus Christ brought to life, and I believe Dallas Jenkins has done a wonderful job making those people and moments feel so real. I wish she were here to watch with us. Sharing it as a family is another way we remember what she loved.

Prayer of the Day / Donations

Today's prayer

Lord, thank You for the gift of this day and the people You have placed in our lives. Give us wisdom in our decisions, patience in our conversations, and courage to do what is right. Comfort those who are grieving, strengthen those who are weary, and bring hope to those facing uncertainty. Help us notice the needs around us and respond with kindness and generosity. Guide our work, protect our families, and teach us to listen well. In Jesus' name, amen.

Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost. — Romans 15:13 (KJV)
